Leslie Shoaf Appraisal Experience: Appraisal experience has predominately been as an administrative assistant over the past two years. As an apprentice appraiser, assignments have been completed in South Carolina. The appraiser also has experience as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker as well as a property manager for long term properties. The appraiser has measured and sketched more than 200 homes as a part of a project for a local vacation rental company.
