Atlantic Valuation Services, LLC was established in December of 2005 after Chad Shoaf relocated from the Piedmont Triad (NC) area. His intent was to create an appraisal firm that provides quality services to the coastal areas of southern North Carolina and that's exactly what he's done. 

Atlantic Valuation Services has two offices in North Carolina. The home office is located in Archdale. Our second location is on Oak IslandWe are staffed with professional, experienced and dedicated individuals to ensure the highest quality product in the area. Our staff is friendly, courteous and accessible to our clients anytime of the day.

We are a multi-service appraisal firm that serves the piedmont and southeastern North Carolina area.
